How to Measure Your Feet
- Prepare: Place a blank sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall. Stand on it with your heel lightly touching the wall.
- Mark Length: Mark the longest part of your foot (usually the tip of your big toe or second toe) on the paper.
- Mark Width: Mark the widest part of your foot (across the ball of the foot).
- Measure: Use a ruler to measure the distance in inches. Repeat for the other foot and use the larger measurement.
💡 Pro Tip: Our Cloud Slides are designed with a roomy fit. If you are between sizes or have wider feet, we highly recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.
* All measurements are in inches. Please measure your feet at the end of the day when they are slightly larger for the most accurate fit.

How To Use
1️⃣ Plug in the USB cable to the host and charge it. When fully charged the red light will turn off.
2️⃣ Attach the host to the EMS massager, put your feet on the mat, press the "+" button to turn ON the massager. Continue pressing the "+" or "-" button to increase or decrease the intensity. Press the "M" button to change the massage modes.
3️⃣ Enjoy the pain relief for 10-15 minutes per session.
